21^st century GenY is streets ahead of the one of the past century.

They have evolved in a more blossomed world;  therefore endowed with skills and knowledge that is more do-able than rediscovered.

Opportunities are wider and the choices plenty. GenY know their course and have the drive to carve the course smarter.

Yet the GenY cannot skip the other big bouquet - a more evolved and accomplished GenX, that is notches up against the earlier GenX.

The current GenX were rampant: remember they grew kicking the old bucket - the generation that saw the Hippie Cult, Women's Lib amidst several other libs that saw the end of many dogmas. Being on the streets they learnt better and sharper. Yet they worked towards making the GenY grow with independence yet protected from the severe challenges of the past.

Some GenY, in order to beat the tough course, may be driven towards setting unimaginable courses. They ought to know however that success does not mean a strife amidst the worst. Success may also mean coursing the way right amidst abundance.

It is indeed an equal challenge if not greater to cast your way amidst abundance: the lures and the temptations can be challenges as unique as those related to walking a tightrope.

GenY may reflect maturity in engaging the GenX as advisors or mentors to transact their career or professional courses, particularly the entrepreneurs. Just a few years down the GenX would be vanquished and their workable talents gone.
